How often do you buy new clothes? (look, professional, thin)

Enough said. I used to go shopping often, maybe three or four times a year. Now, I haven't bought anything for almost one year and I feel deprived.

When I see something I like (which may be once or even twice a season). We're only talking about clothes, right? Not including shoes and accessories?

Every few months or so. I usually buy shoes once a year unless I have a special event coming up. Handbags are also bought once a year, closer to Christmas or whenever Nordstrom Rack has their big sale of the year.

Almost never. I wait until Christmas, when my MIL and wife buy me new clothes.

I buy new clothes when I want to. I dress professionally for work and I do not want to have to shop just because a special occasion comes up. I always have something appropriate to wear.

I usually buy shoes twice a year. I just bought my autumn/winter shoes and then in the spring will buy for the warmer months. I usually get one nice handbag a year that goes with almost anything. This is for every day. I have had my dress handbags for over 20 years. Accessories should be timeless for the most part and last a very long time.

I usually make a list each season of the trends I want. (Sometimes nothing, sometimes everything). I restock as needed and do lots of window shopping.
