I love the pics with mountains in the background. I just love the mountain backdrop! Thanks for the pictures! This is one of my favorites.

I used to think El Paso was an ugly city the first couple times I visited but the more and more I go down there the more I like it,there is just something about the city that kinda makes you feel confortable(except the traffic) but El Paso is a one of a kind and maybe thats what it is.I like the palm trees, the style of buildings downtown, the styles of the older houses, and the mountains and desert. Now I wanna go to El Paso and hang out.

I was able to get some pictures of some of the growth around Ft. Bliss and the Eastside. Lots of construction going on in these areas. These pictures were taken around ten days ago.

Inner Loop freeway construction around Airport Rd. and Fred Wilson Ave. intersection. (This is just the beginning)

A new overpass bridge that was recently built over Airport Rd, it is between Fred Wilson Rd. and Founders Blvd. I believe it is going to be used for Military purposes. It will connect Ft. Bliss to Biggs Army Airfield.

New military housing is going up all over the place, even right behind my house.. literally! This picture was taken from Walter Jones Blvd.

Ft. Bliss is exploding with growth, these pics were taken from Loop 375. The $3-4 billion expansion of Fort Bliss has just begun.

The far Eastside of El Paso is growing really fast. Here are a few pictures of the new $150 million hospital being built out there.

A new hotel is being built right down the street from the new hospital, it is located next to Loop 375 and its close to Montana.

El Paseo Marketplace, Located off of Loop 375 (Joe Battle) and Montwood Dr. I believe it will have over 500,000 sq feet of retail space when its all done, and it still has more room to grow. Basically every store or restaurant here is new (Best Buy, Olive Garden) or hasn't even opened yet (Petsmart, Red Lobster).

New trendy shopping centers popping up everywhere in the far Eastside. This is located on N. Zaragosa Rd., close to the El Paseo Marketplace.

I'll try to take some more soon.

Again thanks for those Photos Chuco !! It's nice to see El Paso and Ft. Bliss modernize. I wish my WWII (30 year vet) Gramps was still alive to see his beloved FT.Bliss grow and modernize as i believed he would have been stoked about it.
