Is it possible you can’t comprehend the issue or what you link?

Seems to contradict the 2023 article you posted so you’d have to pick one

Oh wait could your third article help explain how you are looking at this wrong?

It’s helpful to understand underreporting has always occurred and while rates are still high now they were most certainly higher a decade ago, 3 decades ago and so on in part because of the stigma of self reporting in which you perpetuate

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3835659/

https://www.hmpgloballearningnetwork...-underreported

I'm bowing out after this.

1. My point has been made over and over and over by relevant pros, public health types and disseminated through scholarly papers and reporters. Your point has been made by you.

Like I said earlier if you don't like it get CNN, Pew and the others on the horn and take it up with them.

2. I have provided plenty enough high quality information to demonstrate that my point is widely held and widely held by psychologists. At the end of the day that's what matters.

3. If you really believe the information I provided is incorrect. Prove it and make a net new million in the process. You and I both know you can't even begin to do so.

4. Maybe you don't like data surveys. If so take that up with statisticians and math wonks. Not me.

I don’t need to take anything up with cnn/pew etc because they aren’t posting here and your cited sources conflict so it’s still a you issue

Yet you can’t explain to conflicting reports in your cited resources nor do you have any ability nor do the experts to know any actual mental illness figures for decades

Your results conflicted. I don’t have to provide counters because your cited sources conflict. It’s on you and your sources. Maybe you should read your sources before copy/pasting/assuming because assuming is what you did

I don’t need take it up with anyone. You can’t articulate why you chose self reported mental illness vs mental illness in general. You have no articulate rationale to explain or justify this

Also your resources conflict completely stifling your argument
