they're looking for the cute women!!

we hung out here until around 10:30..... went to the dog park and played for an hour or so, walked for an hour or so and then as we were passing the dog park on the way to the car, dave realized that there was a whole NEW set of dogs in there..... so ANOTHER 45 minutes or so later......

came home, mom took a break for a few minutes and then cleaned the car interior ..... i will NOT admit to how long its been since that little chore was done, but will just say this...... it needed cleaning when i hurt my knee 6-1/2 weeks ago...... ..... thank goodness that i keep the backseat covered with a quilt and bailey's seat with a doubled-up sheet...... had bailey on her lead by herself in the front yard..... she TOTALLY dug this ..... no dave to annoy her for a couple of hours....... he was really wanting to be out there with us, but sorry little dude....... .... i would have spent more time keeping their leads untangled than cleaning the car......

paws crossed that it is dry enough for the good dog park to be open tomorrow...... and like ma..... gotta clean the house.... bleah......

i have no life.... it totally revolves around the furkids........

oh and btw.... y'all were right about the reverse side of the zoom groom..... that thing ROCKS getting hair out of upholstrey, carpet, etc.

We came home, took a nap, and set out for our first ever trip to the dog park. He loooooooved it! He made fast friends with a maltipoo and great dane (holy big dog!). We'll definitely be going back, hopefully tomorrow! Everyone admired his ability to play fetch, and actually bring the ball back to me. Yes, my dog is awesome.

There are lots of cute men at the dog park...I never realized they all hung out there!
Glad to hear you had fun! Can't wait to see the pictures of these cute cops, and of course Beeze as well!

There are also a ton of very hot men at my dog park as well. Unfortunately, they are more interested in each other than me, since we live in a gay neighborhood. All I can do is check them out! If there is a God, he hates us women and teases us with these gorgeous men we can't have!

Default WoofStock pics!

Beesley showing off his new scarf after leaving WoofStock. Isn't he so cute in it?!

Handsome man in his handsome scarf!

Beezey passed out on my bed after playing at the dog park. Notice his leash is still attached. He was THAT worn out.

He is so cute! How was the weather by you today? San Diego can't seem to cool off! And, we're going back to the 80s next week, which is strange for this time of year. We haven't had rain in 161 days now. I can't get used to this, coming from the East coast, where it rained every other day!

We got a trace of rain last Saturday, but nothing significant for a few months now. It was around 75-78 when we were outside today, but I hear it's going to be getting colder next week. I love the 60's and 70's...I can do a lot more outside. Anything over 80 is borderline too hot. Yeah, I'm spoiled. And I live in AZ...where 119 is normal.

For some reason, 80s in San Diego feel like 90s did back in NJ. 70s are perfect, and 60s still feel warm enough to wear shorts. The weather is certainly much different here!

And don't think I forgot about the hot policeman pics! Still waiting!!

Latetotheparty, you should see the interior of my car. Not a pretty sight.

The mastiff rescue people did a home visit here today to make sure we are okay for possible adoption.

They brought two mastiffs with them, and stayed an hour and a half just hanging out while Beau (one year old today) went nuts trying to get the other (older and only mildly interested) mastiffs to play with him.

Well, I guess we passed!

But it might take awhile until the right dog shows up. They think we should get a young female, and it has to be a dog that is okay with cats.
