I've never had one that did. Rolling in environmental contributions left by another species and bringing it home to share was another story! The absolute worst was bear plops during salmon season and seal/sea lion (we used to run on a beach where it would wash up from nearby haulout rocks). Unimaginable.

Quite an interesting article which I was not aware of. It mentioned females were more likely than males, but my dog is a male. And I did not know the Mother Dog does such things either.
We had a dog who liked cat poop out of the cat box. Our friend always has 2 labs at a time, and some of them like to eat the others poop. She goes out with them and picks it up as soon as they go.
cat poop and chicken poop, not dog poop (that i've seen, anyway).
