This sounds like early adult onset mental illness. She has exhibited a number of different complete changes in her behavior in a short period of time.
1. Going from extremely submissive to aggressive with other dogs.
2. Also exhibiting aggression on leash.
3. Peeing in your bed.
I wouldn't say, at all, "obviously it was a one time thing", and think you should take her to your vet for a complete check up with blood work. She may have a thyroid imbalance, or other hormone imbalance, or some other significant health issue.
