My son and his wife have adopted this pretty girl and we are wondering what breed(s) she might be. Any ideas?

If it is important to you I would recommend a DNA test (Embark). Very difficult to give an accurate answer base on the dog's phenotype. The DNA tests often come back with a lot of surprises!

Hard to tell at that age, so many pups look alike and breed structures aren't evident yet.

That said... with those markings, I would suspect there is some kind of herding breed in the mix.

I was thinking the same, maybe border collie mix?

They don't know much about her, just guessing her age, I'd say 10-12 weeks.

Border, aussie or even heeler, depending what you can tell about the kind of coat she's going to have. And ears... looks like ears may stand up.

This ^^^.

Or you can just keep and simple and say that her breed is 100% mutt

Cute dog but I'd say do a DNA test as others recommend. This little cutie, Cameo (a/k/a Cami) came back 34% Chihuahua, 10% American Pit Bull Terrier, 8% Chow Chow, 7% Segugio Italiano, 6% Rottweiler - we'd guessed some sort of hound, She is 1000% love, never met a stranger, and is the calmest dog I've ever known but won't let the other dogs get away with stealing her cookies

My guess is Blue Heeler, and Australian Shepherd maybe with some Jack Russell thrown in, but you really should have DNA testing if you want to know for sure. She looks a lot like this photo:
