Their friendship continues as the kitten has become a cat: they wrestle, snuggle and hang out together. Photo ops with these two are many.

This was Nikki at 11 weeks, shortly after we got her. She's 14 weeks now and one ear is up but the other is still down, making her look kind of like a doofus in an adorable way. She is a long coat Shepherd so she will keep that soft long coat which I love.

Awwww, Nikki is adorable! I’m a soft touch for long hair shepherds. Will try to post a picture of Yeti if he stands still long enough.

Another long coat fan, cool. I think they are the most beautiful dogs out there and we'd love to see Yeti. Nikki replaced Terra, easily the best dog I have ever owned.

My older girl passed in June. I was devastated. Last week I finally felt ready to adopt again. Here is Ciara (it's Irish so pronounced sort of like Keir-ah) with my hound mix Roscoe. No clue what she is. She has very soft, longer then it looks fur with webbed feet. She is about 5 months old. I am curious to see how big she will get.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know no baby can replace your older girl, (was her name Roscoe?) but congratulations on Ciara. I am curious how big she has gotten too. Maybe an updated photo?
