But it's OK for the children to drink all the fluoridated water ....no one has any idea how much anyone is getting and for sure children. We can never know as everyone drinks different amounts of water in their lives. Once the Stuff is removed, we still naturally occurring no matter.
And naturally occurring and the other stuff are not the same .....
I'll put this here as I just heard a segment on NPR on these PFAS's in our water supply. What is mentioned here too is they are found in non stick cookwear which is also coated with a fluoride coating of whatever they do. Teflon coating. I got rid of Teflon a long time ago.
YES! Community water fluoridation (CWF) is safe, effective and necessary to protect teeth at all ages. That’s the conclusion of every major health organization in the United States. Evidence from years of experience demonstrates that communities with fluoridated water have less tooth decay. Here are interesting facts that will disprove a few myths you may have heard. https://ilikemyteeth.org/fluoridatio...s-of-fluoride/

Same here growing up in NYC. In fact I had my first extraction (front tooth) and a cyst removed from roof of my mouth a few months before my 18th Birthday. No, I didn't like sweets or sugary drinks as a child, or now. I wonder if you and I are the first generation to grow up with fluoridated water? Where did you grow up in PA?
On the other hand, my daughters grew up with unfluoridated water on Long Island. Their teeth were/are far better than mine. Where younger daughter now lives in Levittown fluroride was taken OUT of their water supply in 1983. Oh, officials have tried but the people always say NO to it. That is approximately 8 Million people just there.
I now live in Monroe County, PA. Only place to add fluoride here is the Tobyhanna Army Depot. What does that tell you?
Yes, BlueDevil, there is a massive group of anti fluroide population out there and it goes back DECADES. Nothing new.
Edit: When we moved from NYC to LI, daughters Pediatrician wanted them to take fluoride tabs. I said no to that. Not enough that their tootpaste adds it, but they have to INGEST it in pill form as well??? No, No, No.
