we need to bring back the death penalty, and we need to abolish these squatters rights, this is BS already.

I think I saw where at some squatters in NY were arrested for attempted theft I think it was. The squatters are basically grifters trying to steal deception/FRAUD.

They should be evicted as quicked as a deed or formal lease has been verified.

There is a difference between a landlord tenant dispute and squatting. I'm not sure what some of these lawmakers are thinking when the squatter gets an extended period of time/process that can be completed in days after ID, deeds, leases etc could be verified.

anyone that is a sqautter needs to removed from the premissis ASAP, it isn't their's and they HAVE no rights to being there whether the premisses is occupied or not. It ist theirs to live in.
