I hope they have the same menu as their stores in New Mexico. Their Hatch green chili burrito and burgers were incredible. I looked online and didn't see them on the menus, but did see a question-blurb that said they would be there.

Imagine Freddys and Arby’s won’t make it. Every time I drive by both of them are always dead. Seems like Whataburger will get a lot of what little business Freddy gets

Whataburger is good although in Columbia I am usually inclined to stop at Rush's.
If anyone were to raise a stink about it, it would be the corporate WAB, though I don't know what they could do about it, as the local WAB had the name first AFAIK. The WAB in West Columbia is a small, family-run business, and I think all they want to do, is to be able to exist as they always have. I don't think they'd do anything like the Burger King that already existed in Australia did when Pillsbury expanded into that market. Pillsbury finally had to name their Australian outlets "Hungry Jack's", which just happened to be a name to which they already had rights. I assume corporate WAB doesn't have a fallback name to slap onto their NC and SC restaurants.
