Anyone know what's going on with the land right off of I-26, behind the Chuck E. Cheese? There's an office park, but behind those buildings there's at least a couple of acres of land where they've been clearing trees. I managed to catch a glance at the sign and it said GMK Associates. Good visibility from the interstate plus a frontage road which I believe is Burning Tree Rd.
Interesting. Well, they certainly have enough room for another building back there with all that they've cleared. Doesn't look like they're finished, either.
On the way to the game today, I saw they have begun putting together I-beams on the land off of that frontage road that's visible from I-26. Looks like another office building being built. It'll make the I-26 corridor look a little more "busy" and important- although nothing graces the corridor with such grandeur as the Chuck E. Cheese that's been there ever since I've been a child...

That Chuck E. Cheese HAS been there a long time. I'm surprised they've never moved.
