Seattle and Portland are not west coast. They are PNW.

Also, the south coast goes all the way from Houston to Miami to Virginia Beach? Wow!!

Anybody see the Rose Bowl today? Apparently, the heat was going to be a bigger challenge for the Badgers than the Beavers. Which is surprising to anybody who's ever visited Rio when the Euro is strong.

Anyway...I saw only parts of it from sports bars while walking along Belmont Shore in Long Beach. But the warm sun on my face was just miserable. All weekend long, I kept wishing it were 40 degrees colder and gray.

Oh, the humanity.

The West Coast is the Real America. We create and innovate everything here and the rest of the country copies us and then hates on us all the time.

Not sure why so many people find this funny or strange. Perhaps because I have lived on the North coast all my life, and have always heard the term used frequently it doesn't seem odd to me. South coast however, does sound odd and my reaction is somewhat...LOL!
