I had one years ago. He ended up maturing into a rare color mutation and the breeder was sorry she sold him to me, but the coloration couldn't be guessed from his juvenile plumage. Great birds!
A bourke is a parakeet, just not the same type as the bird referred to as a budgie as in the pictures you provided. They are cousins.
Parakeets come in various sizes, colors, and indigenous to different countries/islands in the Pacific ocean and Asian countries (Philippians, Indonesia, Australia, India for example). There are more than a dozen species of parakeets. I think budgies are one of the smallest species and one of the largest is called a Derbyan.

"Lineolated" parakeets?
I think Parnassia provided a breakdown of the birds in a thread a while ago. I also wonder if I have the South American or the New Zealand birds?
Some of my Parakeets seem a little larger, some a little smaller (yes I have two English Budgies in the flock; one of my regular budgies is somewhat large, he is a sweetheart. Boy with a pink cere)
Love Birds are from Africa. Conures, Macaws and Amazon parrots are from Central/South America with a select few species from the Caribbean islands. Parakeets are from Asia and the South Pacific (New Zealand/Australia for example).
Parakeets are not native to the Americas. English budgies, which are bigger, are a product of selective breeding over more than a couple hundred years by British aviculturists.
