Bird breeders in Southern California (parakeet)

Anyone here know of any bird breeders in So Cal?

I am looking for either rock pebbler parakeet or plum headed parakeet.

I did breeder search online and came across this site - BirdsnWays - Breeders of Exotic Birds - States C with breeders list, but when I sent out emails, none of them are working or if I call on the given number, then then phone number does not exist or the person is not a breeder anymore. So probably the list is outdated.

As a former bird breeder myself (not currently) you should have no trouble finding one in the S California area as that state was either #1 or #2 in imported birds back in the day when they could still be imported legally. There are many breeders in that state.
