There certainly is a growing market for land yachts, and prices are beginning to pickup from the ones in the 70s. Gen X and millennials who have or starting families would certainly love them more than their parents minivan or SUV. Its a totally untapped market right now.

I do hope flip-up headlights make a return.

Or at the very least hide-away headlight lense covers. I remember some vehicles had these covers that would either move up or down when headlights were turned on. Something like this could extend the life of the plastic protecting it from oxidation going from clear to milky white.

That would just add unneccesary costs imo. They need to go back to glass lenses for headlights. Then no moving parts to fix or replace like your moving cover would be. I wish glass was at least an option over the plastic.

Hidden headlights were one of the reason I chose the c5 over buying a c6.
Never have to worry about the lights getting that dull faded look most vehicles have today.
Plus it gives the vette a more finished, refined look.

I had one, I miss it every day. If they came out with a reasonably priced one I'd buy it right now

I could rant about this all day. I'll just say, I'd like them to bring back the majority of the 60's/early70's muscle cars, Mopar in particular.

And I mean those EXACT cars. Not this nonsense:

A Dart??

That's not a Dart. That's a... I don't know what the heck that is.
The nerve! Calling that monstrosity a Dart.

I sometimes think about that myself. I drove a Checker in 1975 for a year here in the Phoenix area.
