...held by a family LLC and I need some guidance in that process. Would anyone have local(central TX) contacts who might be able to help? I know I can go "direct" to buyers of mineral rights, etc; but I'm hoping to get some insight to the process before jumping in.

Thanks. I wish we had royalties instead of working interests! (We do have ONE royalty holding; but it costs them more to mail the check than the check is worth
