I’d link you a bunch of articles and science on it, but you wouldn’t read them and just rant instead.
Isn't sushi always frozen as well? You can have great seafood in an inland city, it's just potentially more expensive because of transport costs.

To plagiarize and paraphrase John Pinette:
"For $22.95, you should throw that stuff on a grill!!!"

He said the owners of the buffets were too attentive! One would come out every hour!!!

I dont think this is correct

Most Sushi is Previously Frozen - Fact or Myth?

Quote:
FACT: The FDA has specific rules for freezing fish that would be served raw in the US. To be served raw, sushi has to be frozen at -31 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 15 hours according to the FDA Food Code 2017 [PDF] (see details below). Logically then, “sushi-grade” fish is fish that has been “frozen at -31 degrees Fahrenheit for at least 15 hours,” thus making it suitable to eat raw.

I went to Mr. Catfish Restaurant on Airport Blvd a couple weeks ago, I thought the food was good and I enjoyed it, I give Mr. Catfish a 4 out of 5 rating.
