Sounds like an interesting concept. Hope it works out for the long haul, because 28 year old CEO talking about the "culmination of my career" sounds a lot like an "I'm experimenting with daddy's money" sort of thing. With Whole Foods having already footed the bill for making the space a similar type of grocery store, it seems like the upfitting shouldn't be too terrible.
