An Apartment in Hammond Ferry SC.

View of downtown Augusta from Hammond Ferry North Augusta.

The most recent addition is a restaurant called Taste.

The town center is the next phase to be orchestrated, with a target of around the beginning of 2013 for breaking ground." Our plan is to start with 20,000-square-feet of mixed-use retail," said Bagwell, who added the plan is also for a mix of single family and multi-family residential, townhomes and then commercial outparcels. "We've talked to 40 or 50 prospects," he said of the business side.

Have you ever notice the view from i520 bridge that going over dean bridge rd. Its a very nice view specially at night, only if we can get a couple skylines so when out of towner travel I520 it will them want to go downtown. The more views we have downtown the better we can show off our city.
