Here in Miami the extremely hot top shelf women are more times then not Venezuelan. Most are very distinctive and have that almost perfect look. I for one would definitely put them on top of the poll...
I have been to all the countries I voted.
In order, from my first-hand experience:
Brazil
Argentina
Uruaguay (tie)
Venezuela(tie)
Mexico
... and the differences are all very small, except for Brazil. Brazil is to beautiful women as Detroit is to American cars. And that is not just Rio. They are equally beautiful in Recifé.
