good restaurant but what the frick is with the hand wash sink at the front counter there's just pickles instead of soap

This is the absolutely worst Wendy's I have ever been to in my entire life. I used to manage Wendy's restaurants and I am shocked at just how bad this one is, and has consistently been, for years now. Customers, including me 3 times so far, have walked out of the restaurant or drove away from the drive-through because service is slow or invisible. One night this past week, I saw 3 uniformed Wendy's employees out in the front parking lot (one young man, two young women) busily discussing a future social engagement they all plan to attend. Meanwhile, drive-through was backed up with two overwhelmed people behind the counter (not at the counter). Greeted by nobody, seeing nobody who could help me, I left, which I've done before. Food is awful. This is not "just made" food, as Wendy's advertises. These are burgers that have sat around awhile. Food is tired, dried up, poorly assembled, overcooked, etc. The fries are disappointing, limp and cold. I drove miles to go to Wendy's because I wanted what I used to enjoy at some Wendy's restaurants, what I used to make for my customers as a Wendy's Mgr., but there is not a chance of anything good at that Wendy's on Beneva Road, Sarasota. I've given up on them. They just don't care. Nobody appears to be watching this ship. If somebody owns this place or if corporate is listening, please address these concerns. I read the health violations including repeat offenses at this location.Can't anybody help?
