Plans were denied [HQ-11-4528] for outdoor kitchen section because wasn't enclosed properly. Need to resubmit plans to make this kitchen legal. Per plan review office, this kitchen cannot be used at all until plans are re-submitted with procedure on how to prevent environmental contamination because this kitchen is open air.
