I was in this restaurant last night when a customer who was Disgruntled about her order and asked for her money back was verbally assaulted by an employee. After arguing with her the employee finally gave her money back. As a woman was walking out the door the employee called her a f***ing bitch. I’m quite sure that woman and her family and friends will never patronize this restaurant again. Nor will I or the friends I was with. I was
appalled at the unprofessionalism of the employees.
When I went back today to talk to a manager about the incident, the manager on duty, Amanda, rationalize the incident and dismissed us telling us to file a complaint if we wanted to she didn’t care. She also refused to give us the names of her immediate supervisors.
