The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. The floors have dead drain flies around the kitchen perimeter from a drain treatment by the new pest control company (Smithereen) yesterday. Clean and maintain the floors and baseboards so they are smooth and sanitary from corner to corner and behind the ice machine.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Use dustless cleaning methods to clean the off the dust buildup around the vents in the main kitchen..
Between uses and during storage ice dispensing utensils and ice receptacles shall be stored in a way that protects them from contamination. The ice scoop stored in cloudy liquid was washed, rinsed and sanitized at this time.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. The ice machine interior has a rust problem. Remove said buildup or replace unsanitary unit.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. Clean and maintain the area under the dumpster on the dock to keep it free of pest harborage.
The floor drains have a heavy buildup of organic matter and need to have the screens removed so they can be scrubbed clean to reduce possible pest harborage in the kitchen. Repair the leak in the 2-north satelite kitchen hand sink. Repair the faucet of the center sink in the 3-north mens room. Repair the low hot water pressure in the 3-south hand sink.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Clean the corners of the walk in cooler floors and around the drainage pump in the walk in cooler so they are smooth, sanitary and easy to maintain.
The water pressure in the following locations is inadequate, restore adequate water pressure to: The 2nd floor blue house washroom. The arts building womens washroom. Mens # 180a.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean. Clean out and organize the stage prop work room and maintain the floors clean, remove old mouse droppings from behind the piled up wood.
Clean out and maintain the slow draining 2-compartment sink in the corner science lab.

The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. THE CEILINGS IN THE CAFETERIA SERVING 'HOUSES' HAVE DUSTY BUILDUP (2 NORTH), CLEAN THE CEILINGS ESPECIALLY ABOVE THE WORKING GRILL IN THE 3 SOUTH 'HOUSE' .
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. THE LIGHT BULBS ABOVE THE SALAD BARS AND KITCHEN COOKING LINE ARE NOT SHIELDED, SHIELD THE GLASS BULBS OR REPLACE WITH SHATTER SHIELD BULBS.
ONE OF THE HAND SINKS IN THE 'RED HOUSE' BOYS TOILET DOES NOT WORK, REPAIR BROKEN PLUMBING.
