The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS THROUGHOUN ANOLG WALLS UNDER ALL SHELVES THROUGHOUT AND IN ALL CORNERS. ALSO SECURE ALL COVING WHERE NEEDED i.e. in rear near washrooms. PREVENTING INSECT HORBAGE. WALGREENS HAS A WORK ORDER FOR REPAIR OF THE FRONT DOORS. WORK ORDER DATED 12/12/09.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. DETAIL CLEAN ALL WALLS AND ATTACHED EQUIPTMENT i.e. VENT COVERS,FANS,PIPES REMOVING ALL DUST ON SAME. REPLACE ALL DAMAGED AND WATER STAINED CEIL TILES THROUGHOUT PREMISES.
All rooms in which food or drink is prepared, or in which utensils are washed, shall be lighted so that a minimum of 50-foot candles of light is available on all work surfaces. REPLACE ANY MISSING LIGHTS,CLEANING ALL LIGHT SHIELDS THROUGHOUT.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MAINTAIN THE 2-2DOOR COOLERS IN REAR USED FOR STORAGE, AND REMOVE ALL ARTICLES ON THE SAME COOLERS. MAINTAIN EXTERIOR DUMPSTER/COMPACTOR IN REAR STARTING TO RUST.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL CLEAN ALL SHELVES THROUGHOUT,COOLERS,INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF SAME.

SOME DUST AND DEBRIS WAS FOUND ON THE WALK IN COOLER FLOOR AND UNDER THE SNACK SHELVING, CLEAN THE FLOORS IN DETAIL.
THE WALK IN COOLER COIL HAS SOME DIRTY BUILDUP, CLEAN THE COIL AND FAN GUARD OUT.
THE BASEMENT WOMEN'S WASHROOM IS LOCKED, MAKE THE BATHROOM ACCESSIBLE FOR INSPECTION AND KEEP ANY INSTALLED PLUMBING CLEAN AND FUNCTIONAL.
REMOVE AND REPLACE THE WATER DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN THE BASEMENT MEN'S WASHROOM.
