All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST CLEAN INTERIOR BOTTOM OF FRYER CABINETS TO REMOVE GREASE. CLEAN EXTERIOR SURFACES OF FRYERS AS WELL. REPAIR OR REPLACE LOOSE RUBBER GASKET AT LOWER DOOR OF WARMER IN KITCHEN TO AVOID ESCAPING HEAT FROM UNIT.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOOR UNDER FRYERS TO REMOVE GREASE. SWEEP FLOORS UNDER SHELVES IN DRY STORAGE ROOM.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REMOVE DUST FROM CEILING VENTS IN KITCHEN NEAR EXIT DOOR, IN SERVING AREA AND IN DISHWASHING ROOM.

The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. CLEAN ALL THE VENT IN THE BOYS TOILET ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR AND VENTS IN THE BOYS AND GIRLS TOILET ROOMS WHERE NEEDED.
A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority.
