Gaskets not maintianed on doors of prep ice cream condiment cooler. Instructed to replace coolers gaskets to have doors tight fitting.

Complaint 10-01737567 States: unsanitary conditions. The girl taking is making food without washing hands. The drive thru girl is coughing all over her hands and touching the fry cooker and soft serve ice cream machine. Upon complaint inspection: Didn't observe anyone having unhygienic practices or coughing over food at this time. Exposed hand sink is in front prep area and accessible to all food handlers. Instructed manager that all cashiers and food handlers must properly wash hands after every task.
