REMOVE CLUTTER UNDER BASEMENT STAIRS, IN ALL 3 ROOMS AS NEEDED. STORED ALL ITEMS AT LEAST 6' OFF THE FLOOR AND 6' AWAY FROM WALL.
Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. PROVIDE LIGHT SHIELDS IN KITCHEN AND ALL EATING AREAS.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. PROVIDE THERMOMETER FOR COOLING UNIT IN ROOM 2. PROVIDE METAL STEM THERMOMETERS.
REPAIR WATER BACK UP IN 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN KITCHEN. REPAIR LOW WATER PRESSURE IN ALL HAND WASHING SINKS IN WASHROOMS AND IN DRINKING FOUNTAINS. REPAIR LACK OF HOT WATER IN ROOM 2 WASHROOM HAND WASHING SINK. NO VISIBLE VENTILATION IN BASEMENT WASHROOMS. MUST INSTALL OR OPEN WINDOWS.
