INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FOLLOWING: INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SURFACE OF ALL COOLERS WITH DRIED FOOD ACCUMULATION, STORAGE RACKS INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER WITH MOLD LIKE BUILD-UP, PREP SHELVES,EXTERIOR SURFACES OF STORAGE BINS,
