The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS IN NEED OF CLEANING AND REGROUTING ALONG BAR WALL. MUST CLEAN AND CORRECT.

Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. MUST SEAL/GROUT AROUND THE ROUND POST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BAR AREA, TO PREVENT DEBRIS BUILD-UP OR PEST HARBORAGE AREAS. OBSERVED 3 LIVE COCKROACHES ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE LOW TEMPERATURE DISHMACHINE AND 10 LIVE FRUIT FLIES ON THE WALLS AND CEILING AROUND THE BAR. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
MUST PROVIDE A PROPER TOP COVER FOR THE ICE MACHINE THAT IS FREE FROM OPEN GAPS OR SEALS.
REPLACE THE CRACKED LIGHT SHIELD IN THE WALK-IN COOLER.
