All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Reach in prep coolers door rubber gaskets in poor repair, ripped. Must repair or replace all damaged gaskets.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floor tiles in poor repair in Compactor room. Must repair/regrout all damaged floor tiles throughout Compactor room also must clean interior of unclean floor drain at same location.

INTERIOR PANEL OF ICE MACHINES MUST BE KEPT CLEANED.
POOR FLOOR GROUTING AT THE SOFT SERVE SECTION BY THE SERVICE WINDOW, MUST ADDRESS.
INTERNAL THERMOMETERS NEEDED AT SOFT SERVE COOLERS & AT DISPLAY COOLERS ON THE 2nd FLOOR SERVING AREA, MUST PROVIDE.
