NO PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK OR SERVICE, MUST CONTRACT A LICENSED PEST CONTROL CO. AND PROVIDE LOG BOOK UPON REINSPECTION.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST SEAL WOOD SHELVES AT REAR STORAGE ROOM.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE; COOLERS, PIZZA OVEN, CHEST FREEZERS AND FRYERS.

DEFROST AND CLEAN THE REACHIN CHEST FREEZER AND THE UPRIGHT FREEZER HAS ICE BUILDUP. CLEAN THE HOOD ABOVE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT HAS SOME GREASE BUILDUP.
