All employees who handle food shall wash their hands as often as necessary to maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness and should conform to hygienic practices prescribed by the Board of Health. OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER WASHING HER HANDS INSIDE SALAD PREP SINK. POOR HYGIENIC PRACTICES. INSTRUCTED HANDS MUST BE WASHED AT EXPOSED SINK WITH SOAP AND WARM WATER. CITATION ISSUED 7-38-010[A] CRITICAL.
Adequate and convenient toilet facilities shall be provided. They should be properly designed, maintained, and accessible to employees at all times. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR/REPLACE OR SEAL WALLBASES THROUGHOUT AND REAR INSIDE DOOR SWEEPS.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE WALL OUTLET COVER AND WALL FREEZER GASKET. ALL SHELVING UNITS THROUGHOUT MUST CLEAN AND ALL EQUIPMENT.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN ALL EQUIPMENT, STORAGE CABINETS AND SODA CABINET, SHELVING UNITS AND FILTERS AT HOOD AND VENTILATION VENTS THROUGHOUT.

We'll my Tia went to this mac meanO and the manager was do rude he said chill out dude to a girl and I think that was just mean and we had to tell them like more then 5 times and then she paid for the other peoples food witch was more then us so then that made her pay agien I don't recameand this place to a family resterront
