A THERMOMETER IS NEEDED FOR THE INTERIOR OF COOLER THAT STORES MILK AND PACKAGED MEAT; PROVIDE.
All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. OBSERVED MOUSE DROPPINGS ON FLOOR AND WINDOW LEDGE TOWARD FRONT OF STORE. DROPPINGS ON FLOOR WERE SEEN UNDER STORAGE SHELVES WHERE CHIPS STORED, LIQUOR AND OTHER ITEMS. MUST CLEAN AND REMOVE, RECOMMENDED SERVICE FROM ANDERSON PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. ALSO MUST RODENT PROOF FRONT ENTRANCE DOORS TO AVOID RODENT ENTRY. DOORS MUST BE TIGHT FITTING AT THE BOTTOM.

TODAY JULY 15, 2010 I OBSERVED A FAUCET ATTACHED TO A WALL IN THE REAR NEAR THE WALK-IN UNIT. OWNER STATED THAT IT WAS ABOVE A UTILITY SINK THAT WAS REMOVED. INSTRUCTED OWNER THAT UTILITY SINK MUST BE REPLACED. CLUTTER IN THAT AREA ON PREVIOUS INSPECTION CAUSED ME TO MISS THE FAUCET.
