The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Use dustless cleaning methods. WALL AND CEILING ABOVE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN NEED OF CLEANING TO REMOVE ALL DUST BUILD UP. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.

Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.CLEAN LIGHT SHIELDS IN LUNCH COOKING AREA, GIRLS RESTROOM,2ND FLOOR. AND ONE LIGHT OUT AT 2ND FLOOR AT ELEVATOR NEEDS TO REPLACE BURNT OUT BULBS.
