FLOORS IN BASEMENT WALK-IN COOLER & UNDER DISHMACHINE IN BASEMENT KITCHEN MUST BE FREE OF DISTY FOOD DEBRIS. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
FOLLOWING NEED CLEANING: INTERIOR VENTS AT BOTH SIDES OF DISHMACHINE, FAN GUARDS OF COOLERS. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
