All food should be properly protected from contamination during storage, preparation, display, service, and transportation. FOOD (ICE) NOT PROTECTED DURING STORAGE INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE. OBSERVED BLACK MOLD GROWTH ON INTERIOR SURFACES OF THE ICE MACHINE. UNIT TAGGED BY CDPH. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO HAVE UNIT CLEANED AND SANITIZED. FAX REINSPECTION LETTER TO (312) 746-4240. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE OVENS, BOTTOM AND SIDE OF COLD HOLDING TABLE, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE DEEP FRYERS, SODA GUNS BEHIND THE BAR, WIRE STORAGE RACKS NEXT TO THE PREP COOLER, EXTERIOR OF THE GREASE TRAP.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR OF THE BASEMENT.
Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. WOMEN'S RESTROOM VENTILATION FAN IS NOT OPERATIONAL. MUST REPAIR.
1 SINK STOPPER IS NEEDED AT THE PREP AREA 3C SINK. MUST PROVIDE. MUST PROVIDE DRAIN LINE FOR SODA GUNS BEHIND THE BAR AND INSTALL TO FLOOR DRAIN.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES FROM THE BASEMENT. STORE ANY REMAINING ITEMS AT LEAST 6' OFF OF THE FLOOR.

MUST PROVIDE 3 SINKS STOPPERS AT THE FRONT BAR 3COMP SINK CLOSEST TO THE ENTRANCE DOOR. MUST REPAIR LEAKY PIPE UNDER BAR 3COMP SINK ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BAR.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN UNDER THE COOKING EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE EXCESS GREASE BUILD-UP.
MUST REPLACE BROKEN WALL TILES AT WALL UNDER THE DART BOARDS.
MUST DETAIL REPAIR ALL LOOSE GASKETS AT ALL COOLERS AND REFRIGERATORS IN THE KITCHEN.
MUST BETTER ORGANIZE BASEMENT.
MUST PROVIDE SHATTER PROOF BULBS OR LIGHT SHIELDS FOR LIGHTS BULBS IN THE KITCHEN.
