Exposed handsink both in prep area not maintained. Front exposed handsink only has cold running water and second exposed handsink has hot and cold runiing water, however hot water pressure is low, adequate water pressure is provided at sink when hot water is running at utility sink. Instructed that both accessible exposed handsink must have cold and hot running water under city pressure.
Employee in prep area not wearing hair restraint. Instructed to have proper hair restraint while handling foods or in prep area.
