All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.FOUND DUST ON FAN COVERS INSIDE THE WALK-IN-COOLER,MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
