Floor in along wallbase in boiler room and corner in kitchen and dishmachine not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean. Door sweep on bottom of door northwest door torn on left corner. Instructed to repair or replace sweep.
Walls in hallway in several areas in seal and not storage room has peeling paint. Instructed to remove all peeling paint and repaint.

Walls, ceilings that peeling paint/plaster in classrooms, bathrooms in 3rd floor, and 2nd floor, shall be repaired/sealed. south end staircase had peeling paint, shall be repaired/sealed.
Light shields in kitchen/prep areas, serving lines in luchroom not clean, need detailed cleaning.
Exhaust canopy not clean, needs detailed cleaning, exhaust vents(ventilation)in bathrooms in 3rd floor, 2nd floor 1st floor not clean need detailed cleaning. Leaking pipe in bsmt, by furnace area shall be repaired/replaced.
