OWNER CALLED COMPANY DURING THE INSPECTION TO HAVE SERVICED AND REPAIRMAN WILL BE ON SITE IN AN HOUR. OBSERVED TWO SPIGETS ABOVE UTILITY SINK WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER; INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A FAUCET WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER AND A BACKFLOW DEVICE.
