All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines.OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF MORE THAN 60 RODENT DROPPINGS SCATTERED IN VARIOUS AREAS SUCH AS ON FLOOR NEAR MOTOR OF POP COOLER,ON FLOOR NEXT TO SERVICE COUNTER,UNDER POP STORAGE SHELF,NEXT TO & UNDER REACH IN FREEZER.FRONT DOOR & BASEMENT DOOR NOT TIGHT FITTING ALONG BOTTOM,ALSO SEVERAL GAPS & OPENINGS IN FLOOR & ALONG WALL BASES COULD BE ENTRY POINTS FOR RODENTS.MUST REMOVE RODENT DROPPINGS,CLEAN & SANITIZE AREAS,RODENT PROOF DOORS,SEAL OPENINGS & GAPS.RECOMMENDED TO HAVE A PEST CONTROL OPERATOR TO SERVICE PREMISES ON OR AFTER 1/12/11.
