Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. THE 1ST FLOOR GIRLS TOILET ROOM IS MISSING THE THIRD STALL DOOR IN THE FOUR STALL TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE IT.
