All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN TOPS AND SIDES OF COOKING EQUIPMENT AND INTERIOR OF FRYER AT COOKING STATION
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. MUST REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET AT REAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND LEAKS AT DISH MACHINE

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. PROVIDE COVFING ALONG ALL WALLS WHERE COVING IS MISSING THROUGHOUT, PREVENTING INSECT ENTRANCE/HARBORAGE. KEEP FLOORS DRY AT ALL TIMES.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL INSIDE/OUTSIDE ALL COOKING EQUIPTMENT i.e.DEEP FRYER, SIDES OF STOVE, ALL MOBIL CARTS INCLUDING WHEELS. DETAIL CLEAN/REPLACE CUTTING BOARD AT STEAM TABLE, DEEP STAINES.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. NOTED SOME RUSTY SURFACES i.e. SHELVES IN COOLERS etc. REMOVE/SEAL RUST.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE ALL MISSING, WATER STAINED CEILING TILES THROUGHOUT. REPAIR WATERSTAINED WALL IN 5TH FLOOR JANITORS CLOSET. DETAIL CLEAN WALLS THROUGHOUT WHERE NEEDED.
