FOLLOWING NEED CLEANING: EXTERIOR OF GREASE TRAPS, INTERIOR PANEL OF ICE MACHINE, INTERIOR FLOORS OF COOLERS & CABINETS AT FRONT AREA-DUE TO FOOD SPILLS/STAINS. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
THE GREASE TRAP CABINETS HAVE A VERY STRONG STENCH, WHEN THE CABINET DOORS ARE OPENED, MUST ADDRESS. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
