The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.MUST CLEAN FLOOR THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES,INCLUDED REAR AREA,STORAGE AND ALONG BASEBOARD WALLS AND CORNERS,ALSO BEHIND THE ATM MACHINE AND OTHER EQUIPMENTS.(BUILD-UP DUST AND OTHE DEBRIS).SEAL HOLE AT PLASTIC BASEBOARD WALL UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.CLAEN FLOOR UNDER THE ENCLOSED SHELVES IN SELLING AREA.REPAIR FLOOR WITH A SMOOTH SURFACE IN FRONT OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.MUST REMOVE ALL HEAVILY STAINED CEILING TILES THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES(REAR AREA ,SELLING AREA ETC)NEED TO SEAL HOLES ON CEILING TILE AND AROUND THE PIPE, MUST REMOVE CARDBOARD AND USE A MATERIAL THAT IS SMOOTH,CLEANABLE AND NON-ABSORBENT MATERIAL
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. CLEAN VENT COVER THROUHOUT THE PREMISES INCLUDED INSIDE THE WALK-IN COOLER(DUST AND DERIS BUILD-UP).PROVIDE A BACKFLOW PREVENTER OR A UNTHREAD FAUCET FOR THE MOP SINK.
