NOTED PREMISES USING MILK CRATES AS STORAGE SHELVES IN DRY STORAGE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO USE PROPER RAISED SHELVINGS/RACKS FOR EASY ACCESS ON CLEANING ALSO INSTRUCTED TO REPAINT OR COVER RUSTED METAL SHELVES IN THE KITCHEN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. FOUND WALL NEXT TO KITCHEN HOOD/VENTILATION WITH HEAVY WATER STAIN. INSTRUCTED TO FIX, MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE, ALSO MUST SEAL HOLES, CRACKS AND CREVICES ON WALLS INSIDE BOYS WASHROOM IN THE BASEMENT.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN INTERIOR SURFACE OF MICROWAVE OVEN IN THE KITCHEN WITH DRIED FOOD DEBRIS SPILLS, TV CART, FAUCET AT HAND SINK AT 1ST FLOOR 001 CLASSROOM.

All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE THERMOMETER VISIBLE INSIDE MILK COOLERS.
