The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS THROUGHOUT PREP AREA, REAR STORAGE AREA AND THROUGHOUT BASEMENT BOILER ROOM.
TOILET ROOM DOOR MUST BE SELF CLOSING. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL SELF CLOSING DEVICE AT BASEMENT WASHROOM DOOR.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE TIGHT FITTING LID/COVER FOR ICE BINS BEHIND 2 BARS.-----NOTED WALK-IN COOLER DOOR IN POOR REPAIR. INSTRUCTED TO FIX/SEAL INTERIOR PANEL OF THE SAID DOOR.-----MUST CLEAN, REPAINT OR REPLACE RUSTY METAL RACKS INSIDE WALK-IN COOLER.------MUST SEAL OR PAINT RAW WOOD BEHIND 3 COMPARTMENT BAR SINK BEHIND BALLROOM BAR.
All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN SODA GUN HOLDER BEHIND BARS.
Cleaning equipment shall be properly stored away from food, utensils, equipment, and clean linens. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ARTICLES AND CLUTTER IN REAR STORAGE ESPECIALLY IN BASEMENT BOILER ROOM. ALL USABLE ITEMS MUST BE STORED 6' OFF THE FLOOR FOR EASY ACCESS ON CLEANING.

Previous minor violations not corrected: 08-20-2010, report # 284789: #32- Instructed to provided tight fitting lid/cover for ice bin behind 2 bars. Noted walk-in cooler door in poor repair. Instructed to fix/seal interior panel of the said door. Must clean repaint or replace rusty metal racks inside walk-in cooler. Must seal or paint raw wood behins 3 compartment bar sink behind ballroom bar. #34-Instructed to clean and maintain floors along the walls and in all corners throught-out prep area, rear storage area and through-out basement boiler room. #41-Instructed to clean, remove all unnecessary articles and clutter in rear storage especially in basement boiler room. All usable items must be stored 6 inches off the floor for easy access on cleaning. Serious citation issued 7-42-090.

Carpet not cleaned in dining rooms. Instructed to detail clean and/or replace carpet. Floor behind bar and prep areas not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean daily. Water on ground in garage. Instructed to remove water.
Seepage in basement from wall. Instructed to repair to prevent seepage.
