MANAGEMENT WAS INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A DAILY INVOICE FOR THE FOOD THAT WAS SERVED WITH AN ADDRESS FROM WHERE IT IS PREPARED. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005B.
